It is May 31st. The day has arrived to order your Spring craft supplies before the chance is up. Make sure you head over to my website and order them now before you forget. The items in the Spring Mini Catalog that are not carrying over to the Annual Catalog will be gone for good. If you aren’t sure whether the item your heart desires is staying or going, shoot me an email and I will let you know.
First things first- Go check the Clearance Rack here. A ton of the soon to be retired products have been added at 25-50% off and they are going quickly. Get them now while they last, and at a discount. What are you waiting for- go get them- then come back and read the rest of this post! :)
Moving onward, here is another example of yesterday’s 12″x12″ DSP paper bag tutorial. If you didn’t read yesterday’s post, check out the simple tutorial. All you will need is your favorite Designer Series Paper, your paper trimmer, paper snips and Sticky Strip. It is a truly simple bag to make in only minutes and you can embellish it however you please.

Tea Party stamp set? Why yes, I used the Tea Party Stamp set’s “Thank You” tag for this manly bag. You are probably like me in that you are always looking for a manly stamp set, or an idea of how to incorporate masculine elements into your cards or projects. Well look no further, the lovely Tea Party stamp set works perfect for this thank you treat bag.
In this case, I used the extra DSP cut from the top panels and flipped to the other side and adhered over the front panel. I didn’t want to fuss with hole punching so I closed it up with a mini clothespin. How ’bout that Gold Sequin trim, it doesn’t look girly here- it looks like gold rope on a ship. Then I topped it all off with the Thank you tag. Wouldn’t it make a perfect thank you party favor for your little guy?!
By now you have seen some of what the New Catalog has to offer. Soon you will have your very own copy in your hands. You will pour through the pages, use post it’s to mark what you love and search Pinterest for ideas to inspire you.
Although the new catalog brings excitement, I am even happier that some of my favorites made the cut.
