A little blessing box: DIY
I love crafting, but something about giving makes crafting so much more enjoyable. When your heart is full and you can bring joy to others it is truly special. Often times, when my heart isn’t feeling full and I am feeling down, if I craft and I give, it changes that feeling and my heart does feel full. I learn to rely on God and on those principles which enrich my life when I don’t feel like I want to. It amazes me every time.
I wanted to make a special gift, a blessing of sorts. I adore the Birthday Bouquet paper and Rose Wonder Bundle, which works for so much more than birthdays. It is perfect to make a gift box and tag with the Gift Bag punch board.
This box meausures 4″ x 4″ x 2.5″ and is made from a 10″x 10″ piece of Birthday Bouquet paper. Using the directions on the gift box punch board, you will line up the starting line at XL and score diagonal on the Medium line (this will make sense if you have the punch board). I then added a 1″ band of coordinating paper and 1″ Watermelon Wonder lace trim tied in a knot. The tag is what I love most. The sentiment from Rose Wonder is the perfect blessing!
